Hello!

My name is Andrea, and I'm a freelance 2D motion designer and short-form animation director from Little Rock, currently working in NYC. In the past I’ve worked at Insider Inc and New York Magazine, and I have helped create work for clients such as Spotify, HBO, Amazon, Newsy, CNBC, Applegate, the World Bank, and musical artist Jen Kwok.

I also host an annual animation anthology called Things Took a Turn, which pushes artists of marginalized genders (including women, non-binary artists, and trans men) to create new animated short stories by twisting familiar narratives. Apart from animation, I enjoy writing speculative YA/NA fiction, reading Webtoon comics, and baking every other day.

All my phases have been awkward, but I remember them with fondness.
I mocked this up a while back for an anthology, but honestly my verve has kind of fizzled out. I normally collage reference together and trace for fun vector illos. But I do love the concept. The theme was “wet”
